🐄 Dairy Farm Assistant Wanted – 800 Cow Operation | 565 ha | 60-Bail Rotary with ACR
We’re looking for a motivated Dairy Farm Assistant to join our progressive farming team on our 800-cow property, milking through a modern 60-bail rotary with ACR.
📍 Location: Moana (Lake Brunner)📅 Start Date: 01/12/2026

Key Responsibilities:
Milking and shed hygiene
Calving, mating, and general stock work
Daily farm maintenance tasks
Depending on experience, support with herd management and decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and genuine passion for dairy farming
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience in dairying preferred but not essential for motivated candidates
Reliability, honesty, and a willingness to learn
Restricted or full driver’s license preferred

Average hours per week: 45
Base Salary: $65000 + House valued at $15600 / year
