Keen to get into the dairy industry? We're looking for a reliable, hardworking dairy farm assistant to join our team.
No experience? No worries! We're happy to give the right person a go and help them learn the ropes.
What we're looking for:
- A good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual and hard working.
- An eye for detail and pride in doing a good job
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Genuine interest in farming
What the job involves
- Assisting with milking.
- General shed duties and cleaning.
- Shifting cows and general stock work.
- Fencing, weed control and general farm maintenance.
- Helping keep the farm running smoothly
