We are looking for a skilled person to help run our 400 cow dairy farm near Tokoroa. The dairy is 36 aside with in-shed feeding. Young stock are kept on the farm. The applicant needs to have good tractor driving skills, pay an attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team. Candidates with previous New Zealand dairy farming experience are required. Applicants are required to provide good farming related references. Tasks on farm are rotated but attention is given to the particular skills an individual has strengths in. We aim to provide a learning environment with a supportive team of people. On the edge of Tokoroa with good schooling and sports facilities near. We have a no dogs policy. The applicant must currently reside in NZ and have 2 years NZ dairy farming experience. All suitable applicants must show a good work ethic, have no previous criminal history and be able to pass a drug test. We encourage on-farm and ITO training. The start date is negotiable.
