Pencarrow Farm is an award winning 800 cow farm located 5 minutes from Ashburton. The farm is fully irrigated with a 50 bale rotary, in shed feeding and ACRs. Pencarrow Farm has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Farm Assistant to join our team for the current 2025/26 season. This role includes but is not limited to feeding cows, effluent management, shifting irrigation (rotorainer, k-lines, sprinkers), milking, general farm duties and animal husbandry. Applicants will need to be motivated, honest and have a passion for a future in our industry. Dairy experience is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to take direction, yet show initiative and have a common sense. Must hold a current full drivers license and must be eligible to work in NZ and have a CURRENT VISA.
