I require a fit, enthusiastic person to help with the day to day chores among 2 dairy farms, and 3 dry stock blocks. Duties will include but are not limited to milking, tractor work, fencing, spraying weeds, stock handling and husbandry. Experience is preferred but certainly not essential as a good attitude and keenness to learn will be favoured. On the job training will be provided and off farm training encouraged. Applicant must be drug free and have at minimum a current restricted drivers licence.
This position is flexible around hours and could suit an experienced person looking for a milk for rent scenario, or a new trainee searching for their first step on the ladder. Our farming operation has a lot of moving parts, making everyday different with the ability to either learn or showcase a variety of skills.
