The successful applicant will: - want to grow with our business - have a pioneering “can do” work ethic (must be honest, reliable, and punctual) - be competent & motivated. - be able to perform routine farm maintenance - be able to assist with milking, mating & calving. - be a competent tractor operator. - perform normal farm duties as & when required. – have good stock handling skills. - Have good pasture management skills - take pride in their work and area of responsibility. - have a good understanding for milking hygiene and reducing mastitis - be able to work unsupervised and good at forward planning Ability to ride a 2 wheel-motor bike, passion to learn / excel in the industry and a mature team spirit is a must.
