I am looking for a 2IC or great assistant who could grow into the role. Someone who enjoys dairy farming, specifically milking cows and is energetic. Is capable of working alone and with others. Is not afraid of hard work. Has the ability to self manage. We milk up to 500 cows(2 herds generally) through a 24ashb. Predominately hill country. Once a day milking all year round.
