The successful applicant will be required to work in exchange for the accommodation. Work hours may vary depending on seasonal farm requirements and weather conditions.
Experience is a must as you will be solo to cover days off after maiting
Experience Essential – Applicants must have previous dairy farming experience and be able to work unsupervised when required.
Work Tasks Include:
Milking cows
Tractor work
Spraying and weed control
Fencing and fence repairs
General farm maintenance and repairs
Stock handling and feeding
Effluent management
Yard and dairy shed cleaning
General farm and property upkeep
Any other reasonable farm-related duties as required
Other Requirements
Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. This position is not suitable for visa holders requiring employer sponsorship.
Pets may be considered by negotiation, however no pets are permitted inside the house.

We're looking for a reliable and motivated person or couple for a Milk for Rent position.
The position includes:
• 3-bedroom house
• 22 ASHB dairy with in-shed feeding
• Milking approximately 270 cows
• Halter system being installed, operational from August
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a well-set-up dairy operation.
