We are looking for a Dairy Farm Assistant to join a 480-cow farm in the Edendale area, milking through a 40-aside herringbone shed. Experience is preferred but not required for this role.
You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including:
Weekly hours are a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 55. Since farm work is dependent on a number of unknown factors like weather and animals, any hours worked beyond the agreed maximum in a fortnightly pay period will be paid at the agreed overtime rate.
The schedule may vary; Roster will be 10 days on, 3 days off for the rest of the year.
Salary ranges from $74,561 - $83,713 per annum, depending on experience.
