We are looking for a Dairy Farm Assistant with at least 6 months' dairy farming experience to join a 890-cow farm in the Omakau area, milking through a 54 Bail Rotary shed.
You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including:
Weekly hours are a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 50. Since farm work is dependent on a number of unknown factors like weather and animals, any hours worked beyond the agreed maximum in a fortnightly pay period will be paid at the agreed overtime rate.
The schedule may vary; Roster will be 5 days on, 2 days off for the rest of the year.
Salary ranges from $67,782 - $70,000, depending on experience.
