This is a 2IC role working alongside/deputizing for the progressive and supportive sharemilkers. It is a genuine opportunity that has arisen due to a change in labour structure. The right applicant will be: drug-free have minimum two years dairy experience passionate about the industry positive mindset towards continuous improvement The role includes but not limited to: Milking TAD through a 29 AS Herringbone cowshed with Protrack, ACR's, in-shed feeding and teatspray droppers Assisting with grazing management decisions Deputizing sharemilkers by managing staff/relief milkers in their absence General repairs and maintenance Feeding out silage on feedpad Managing a travelling irrigator Following animal health and welfare protocols Identifying and assisting treating of cows when required Maintaining a clean and safe cowshed Following plant hygiene procedures and protocols Completing tasks to a high standard  The Sharemilkers are invested in...
