The farm milks 800 cows through a rotary shed, we run a 5 on 2 off roster. 3 other full timers on farm plus seasonal calf rearer.  We are looking for someone that is motivated, reliable, good communication and can be a good role model to the team.   Previous farm management experience a must.  The role will include making pasture management decisions, management of the cowshed, managing the other staffs day to day, delegating jobs etc working with farm supervisor.
