We require a COUPLE to Contract Milk for the 2027/ 2028 season.  We require two people full-time  from 1 August until 20 November. Our farm is in Taranaki and in the Matapu area with local school bus available . We milk 225 cows through a 20 aside herringbone cowshed, that has an In-shed feed system.  Proliq has been introduced this season. Our young stock are grazed off farm. We value the relationships we form with our staff and support and encourage them to progress on and off farm. A generous remuneration package is offered with the Contract payment. The Contract Milkers must provide their own motorbike. The farm owners live on farm. The farm contour is mainly flat and on the Inaha water scheme. 30 aside HB shed. two herds. Allflex collars  we are looking for a person who can handle the workload of a dairy farm well.  This is a hands-on role with a barn-feeding system. Early-morning work may be required to bring cows to the barn for feeding before morning milking. Tractor skills are essential.
