We are seeking an enthusiastic person to start as soon as possible. You must have a minimum of 2 seasons NZ dairy farming experience and be able to operate modern machinery. We are looking for an enthusiastic, easy going and reliable person to join our farming team at Toko. We milk 330 cows through a 38 bail herringbone cowshed with ACR’s. Initially this postition is for over the busy spring period but this role could lead to permanent relief milking for rest of the season. The position is mostly afternoon milking’s and some day work. We are open to how this position may fit into the team. Hours and days of work are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the right person. The position will be paid at an hourly rate based on experience and this will be negotiated with the successful applicant. A house may be available if required.

Farm Assistant position available Due to health reasons our current worker has finished up at short notice. We are looking for someone to come and join us on our dairy farm in Tariki. We milk 310 cows through a 22 aside herringbone shed with cup removers and inshed feeding. We also have halter. The job would involve day to day farm tasks, afternoon milkings only during the week and every second weekend off (11 on 3 off).
