We are a small sharemilking business looking for a Assistant Manager. Milking 550 cows twice daily through rotary shed. Must have West Coast dairy farming experience of atleast 2years. We farm in a very high rainfall/ cold area. Must be able to communicate well between sharemilker and all staff and delegate tasks appropriately. Be mechanically minded and able to fix minor to more difficult issues in cow shed and on farm.  Pre-employment drug test is required. No pets allowed. There is single persons accommodation available in a self contained sleepout. Must have full drivers license. 

Milking - Assist in efficient and hygienic milking routine.   Follow procedure to produce high quality milk.
