Tractor Driver – Seasonal Position
We are seeking an tractor operator to join our dairy farm team for the upcoming season. Experienced is preferred but will consider anyone that has operated heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Baling, raking, and cutting grass
- Maintaining machinery with attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable using a grease gun and performing basic maintenance
Requirements:
- Full driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Clean criminal record
Position Details:
- Start Date: August through March
- Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour, depending on experienced.
