We run efficient systems with a strong focus on animal welfare, team culture, and getting the basics right during the busy calving period. The Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in a   Calf Rearer / Relief Milker   role. This position is ideal for someone wanting solid work through calving, with ongoing relief milking opportunities afterward. Key Dates & Work Structure Calving Period (20 July – 20 September): Primary role:   Calf rearing (Monday to Friday) Optional weekend work available (or cover will be arranged if preferred) Some   relief milking duties , mainly: Assisting with getting fresh cows through the shed Helping new heifers learn the milking routine Supporting the team during peak workload...
