We are looking for a fulltime farm assistant to join our team on a 135ha dairy farm based in Okoroire, near Tirau. We are centrally located only 35kms from Rotorua, 28kms from Matamata and 15kms from both Tirau and Putaruru. We milk 400cows through a 38 bail rotary. The successful applicant will be working alongside us 50/50 sharemilkers and a 2IC on a family farm.  We are looking for someone that likes to work in a close family situation, has a passion for farming and isn’t just requiring a house. You will need to be able to take instruction from our 2IC and get to work on time! Able to ride a 2-wheeler motorbike and ideally some tractor experience. You must be quiet around the cows and be hardworking, honest and reliable.
