CNR Farming has an exciting opportunity for a Farm Manager to join our team due to a team member heading north.The farm peak milks 800 cows through a 54 bail rotary on 240ha platform, fully irrigated by pivots, some fixed grid and a small area of sprinklers. We have been using Halter to assist with Farm management, as well as ACR's, and automatic drafting. We target production of 500+ per cow and are a system 4 with a real focus on maximizing pasture harvested. The successful applicant will be willing and able to use this technology to its full advantages.  Managing and doing a variety of task in this role- Exceptional animal husbandry - Mating, calving identification, assistance, lameness, mastitis, milk fever, Pasture Management Staff Management ,Health and Safety ,Shed cleanliness and maintenance Fencing - general Understanding of irrigation and maintenance, ensuring health records are kept up to date.
