We are seeking a motivated and reliable person to join us and our 2IC milking 500 quiet crossbred cows through an older but efficient 32 bale rotary shed located mid-way between Whitianga and Coromandel towns. This is a fixed term role for the lactation only July to April. We are having to re-advertise due to previously successful candidate changing their mind about taking the role on. This has traditionally been a 2 person farm utilizing calf rearers and relief milkers but we are transitioning to a model that will largely use 3 full-time labour units to achieve seasonal outcomes instead. We can be very flexible with how this role is structured so welcome applications from a range of experience levels and circumstances.  The main duties will be getting cows in,  AM and PM milkings, Shed clean-up and Hygiene and some general farm clean-up and weed control. Hi there, We are looking for a team member to join us as milk harvester/farm hand to join us for the new season. This role ideally would suit a drive-in, but a small self contained 1 bedroom cabin may be able to be organised. In that case, will suit a single person only, NO Families We are based 10-15 minutes east of Tokoroa. Role can be tailored to suit the right applicant and is being created to help ease the workload of the team over early spring time in particular, then the rest of the seasons work. Looking for a drive in farm Assistant to work between 20-40 hours a week.  Located in Reporoa, couple minutes drive from the village.
