We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist us through the calving season. This is a fixed term job for the period of 3 months only.  The duties will include assisting with milking, fencing, calving, calf rearing etc. Depending on the willingness to learn farming , experience and skill set of the person the duties can be changed or made more flexible. This role is ideally suited for someone who is looking for a fixed term work for 3 months or someone on a working holiday visa. The person applying for the job must be familiar with the west coast weather condition or must be willing to work in a wet conditions as this year is expected to be very wet spring for the west coast. Tractor Driver – Seasonal Position We are seeking an tractor operator to join our dairy farm team for the upcoming season. Experienced is preferred but will consider anyone that has operated heavy machinery.  Key Responsibilities: Baling, raking, and cutting grass Maintaining machinery with attention to detail and cleanliness Comfortable using a grease gun and performing basic maintenance Requirements: Full driver’s license Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing Clean criminal record Position Details: Start Date: August through March Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week Pay Rate: $28–$30 per hour, depending on experienced.  We have a strict drug-free policy and value professionalism and safety.
