Hi we are looking for 1 farm Assiant for our team. we milk 1100 cows twice a day on 80 bale rotary  Jobs will include Milking  Fencing treating cows  spraying weeds  driving 2 wheeler, 4 wheeler and tractor  Experience is preferred we can provide training  must be reliable, trustworthy, puntual and have good work ethics and hygienic  Must have no drug addiction and no criminal convictions  looking for a single person. Accomodation is provided  No dogs 

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are looking for someone to join us on our Dairy Farm near Morrinsville. We are milking 300 crossbred cows on 107ha 15 minutes North of Morrinsville. We have a brand new 30 aside herringbone cowshed with automatic cup removers and auto yard wash. There is a tidy 3 bedroom home available. The farm is grass based with grass and grass silage as the main feeds so this is a great place to learn excellent pasture management. We do about 110,000kgMS per year and typically go OAD in January each year. We aim for best practice in every area especially cow health, incalf rates, SCC and youngstock rearing. We rear ~70 replacement calves and they stay on farm until 1st May. This is a great opportunity to work with the farm owners and set yourself up for a great career in dairying. Calf rearing, relief milking and general farm duties. Position can be just over the calving period or full time. Working with a team on a roster. Modern facilities, Rotary cowshed. 

We are looking for an extra pair of hands over the next 8 weeks to help with calving and rostered days off.  Duties will include milking, helping pick up calves and possibly help with feeding calves at times.  Work will mainly be in the mornings and could potentially have the afternoons free if that suits you Anyone level of experience will be considered and we can fit the right person in . There will be the option of ongoing work after calving but wont be as many hours.

Drive-in milker/farm assistant who can milk as part of a 2-person team in the mornings through a  herringbone shed with cup removers. Additional tasks as required such as bringing in cows & setting up fences. Potentially extra hours available for pm milkings, fencing, tree felling/wood cutting, weed control etc. This role would also be suitable for an ambitious trainee with a desire and passion to develop the skills necessary for a career in dairy farming.
