Casual position available for relief milker Seeking someone with milking experience, capable of showing up, milking in the mornings and afternoons with basic jobs - putting up fences 20 aside herringbone shed, automatic cup removers, calm cows, 290 cows on farm Flat to rolling farm In-shed feeding What skills you have Good communication Reliable and showing up on dates committed Understanding health and safety and working to our policies Previous milking experience Regular afternoon milks available through mating from October to December, then every second weekend and time off from the new year onwards.  Pay will be negotiated dependent on experience.  Please apply if you are currently in New Zealand, in the Waikato, and can start work. 

Part time role available for an experienced dairy farmer. Must have experience in a rotary shed & be able to work sole charge & be reliable. The Farm: 50 bale rotary shed, ACRs, in shed feeding, auto teat spray, drafting gate & Halter. TAD milking roughly 6 months of the year, 3 in 2 milkings roughly 6 months of year (5am & 7pm day 1, then 11am day 2) 300 spring calvers, 50 autumn calvers Flexible hours/days. Could be 3 on 4 off, or 6 on 8 off, for example. Minimum 2 days per week as an average, maximum 3.5 days per week as an average. Looking for a casual relief Milker, 300 cows, 30 aside HB shed.  Arohena area Waikato, to assist alongside senior Staff or farm owner.  MUST be already in New Zealand and sponsorship is not available

Relief Staff Required: Located Between Putaruru & Arapuni Sorry – no accommodation available, so we’re looking for drive-in relief staff to cover Jay’s time off (he’s our fabulous Herd Manager).   We are flexible but will usually need someone to cover every second Saturday, Sunday & Monday (with the cycle falling on 26th, 27th & 28th September, and each fortnight after that).   We will also need someone to cover longer periods of time, during Jay’s annual leave. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Milk Harvester to assist with milkings on our 1200 cow dairy farm between Matamata and Te Aroha.  Location: Manawaru Job Position: Assist with milkings, you will be milking alongside with one of our team members     Pay:  $30.00 per hour  Accommodation: On farm accommodation available  Warm 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with car port and single car garage.  Farm System and Operation:  290ha flat contour 50/50 split calving  80 bale rotary shed with ACRs, inshed feed, auto teat spray, Protrack  Cow Manager  Supportive team environment  Plenty of opportunities for extra hours outside of milkings  Milking Times AM - 4.30 till 8 PM - 1.45 till 5 Ideal candidate will be able to commit to 3 days per week (6 milkings) on our team roster.  Please note the dairy farm and farmhouses are smokefree.
