Located on Isleworth Road 5mins from Hinds, 25 Mins from Ashburton We milk 900 cows through a 60 bail Delaval shed with ACRs, Auto teat sprayer, inshed feeding, auto drafting and have the cowmager ear tags for heat detection and animal health. We pride ourselves on a clean, tidy enjoyable workplace. The ideal candidate would have attention to detail able to milk solo/ vat and plant wash ability to detect mastitis good communication skills can do attitude There is also potential for more work for the right person. Farm Assistant / Relief Milker – Mayfield, Ashburton Short-term calving work with ongoing part-time farm work available We are looking for a reliable, practical person to join our dairy farm team, located just 2 minutes from Mayfield, Ashburton . For the next 4 weeks during calving , we are looking for approximately 20–25 hours per week , helping with the busy calving period and general farm work. Once calving is finished, there is the opportunity for ongoing work covering regular days off , including milking and a range of general farm duties.
