We are a busy 1100 cow dairy farm on the border of Whanganui city.  We are looking for a part-time tractor driver for our busy cropping season coming up.  Cropping and silage would be the main jobs you would be working on.  This season runs from now to Christmas.  We also will need help around February, March. This job would suit someone retired or semi-retired as the hours are sporadic.  We plant our own crops and make all our own silage.  The work is often weather dependent.   Experience not important as long as you are a competent driver.

In search of a relief worker to help milk 300cows in a 30 aside herringbone shed. This is part time and would suit a student or someone wanting a few hours work. We have a vacancy for a honest & reliable farm assistant on a 450 cow farm. 12 minutes from Feilding and 25 minutes from Palmerston North. Duties would include Milking and general farm duties. A minimum of one year’s recent dairy farm experience in New Zealand required. Must pass a pre employment drug test.
