Milking cows efficiently and hygienically (morning and afternoon shifts). Start times are 3:30am and 1.30pm daily. Setting up and operating milking machinery Cleaning and sanitizing the milking shed and equipment. Assists in efficient and hygienic milking routine.  Monitoring animal health and reporting any issues Following farm procedures and health & safety guidelines Applicants must have one season experience (at least 3 months on a commercial New Zealand dairy farm) Applicants must be able to pass a random drug test and have clear police history Applicants must be physically fit Applicants must be able for in-person interview Applicants must provide updated cv and reference from previous employment

This is a great learnig environment offering hands-on experience with modern farmoing infrastructure and daity technology. Key Responsibilities Milking: Effieciently milk 810 cows in a mnodern 54 bail rotary shed with inshed feeding and automatic teatspray.  Technology & Feeding: Work wih Allflex colloar for heat detection, mating and health monotoring, and assist with feeding on the feed pad. Irrigatin Management: Shift and maintain two centre pivors, two soft hose guns and a few k-lines. Stock & Pasture: Assist with daily animal health checks, stock movement, and general farm upkeep.
