Farm Details 360-cow dairy operation 230-hectare high-input farm Covered barn and feed pad system Shared accommodation available Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week Roster 6 days on / 1 day off over calving 12 days on / 2 days off for the remainder of the season Salary $64,000 – $66,000 per annum, depending on experience About the Role As 2IC you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and performance of both the farm and staff..
