We are seeking a motivated and reliable farm worker to step into an Assistant Farm Manager role. Applicants must have at least 2 years of farming experience. The business operates 8 farms in the Morrinsville area, and this role offers the opportunity to work across different farms as needed. You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including: Milking Shed Management Animal Husbandry and Production Animal Health Monitoring, Management and Treatment Pasture and fodder Management Maintenance of Shed, Equipment and Machinery Know and meet regulatory rules & requirements Breeding, Calving and Calf rearing Management Cattle transportation Contractor Organisation and Management Staff Management and other general farm duties.
