We are seeking a motivated and reliable farm worker to step into a Farm Assistant role. Experience is preferred but not required. The business operates 11 farms in the Morrinsville/Te Aroha area, and this role offers the opportunity to work across different farms as needed. You'll have a range of duties to keep you busy, interested and developing including: Milking twice a day shifting cows and feeding  fencing, weed control calving, calf rearing, and recording births/transfers in NAIT shed cleaning and setup, identifying sick cows, alerting managers, and logging treatments in LIC Setting fences general farm duties and maintaining accurate herd records Weekly hours are a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 42. Since farm work is dependent on a number of unknown factors like weather and animals, should you work beyond the agreed maximum hours in a fortnightly pay period, you will be paid at the agreed overtime rate for each additional hour...
