We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about developing systems, building a high-performing team, and helping to create a successful dairy business from the ground up. The successful applicant will play a key role in shaping the farm's culture, systems, and future performance. The farm comprises of 240 hectares  and will milk approximately 860 cows through a modern 60-bail rotary designed to support efficient and profitable dairy production.
