We are looking for a motivated Dairy farm Assistant to join our 460 cows dairy farm located on 148 hectares, just 10 minutes from Masterton.  Our farm uses modern systems including  32 bale rotary  shed. Herd Manager – Dairy Farm Position Overview The Herd Manager supports the Farm Manager and 2IC in the day-to-day operation of the farm, with a strong focus on animal health, milking performance, pasture management, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone progressing from a Farm Assistant position who is ready to take on greater responsibility, contribute to decision-making, and oversee herd performance.
