PB11 Farms Limited is seeking a dedicated 2 Farm Assistant to join our team at Kakaho Dairy Farm, located just 15 minutes from Whakamaru and 35 minutes from Taupō. Our 404-hectare rolling-to-flat farm runs as a System 2 operation with a peak herd of 1200 cows. We milk 50% once-a-day (OAD) and 50% twice-a-day (TAD) from the start, switching fully to OAD by the end of December. We are looking for someone to join the team for the busy calving, mating and holiday periods (August - January). This role will provide additional support to our permanent team by undertaking tasks such as milking, calf rearing, weed management and other general farm tasks.  We run a 6 on/2 off roster and can provide  tidy single bedroom accommodation. We can offer a good hourly rate, a well experienced, supportive team that is willing to help and train someone new to the industry.
