This is a Drive In position only! There is NO on-farm accommodation available. Only applicants with a suitable drivers license and have their own reliable transport will be considered We are seeking a reliable and friendly calf rearer with a minimum of 1 years experience calf rearing (although a great attitude and a willingness to learn will also be sufficient) from Mid July - Mid November, with additional weekend milking's available through out the season.  A Decent hourly rate plus fuel allowance will be provided to the successful candidate. A minimum of 25hrs/week guaranteed. Start and finish times can be negotiated with in reason for the right candidate e,g to fit around school run/child care/off farm commitments. Must have a good attitude, an eye for animal health, patience, good hygiene and be punctual. Must be physically fit to be able to lift calves up for feeding when required and lift 20kg calf meal bags.  Must be able to provide at least 1 solid work reference.
