EXPERIENCED SENIOR FARM ASSISTANT /AND OR HERD MANAGER/2IC We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years NZ experience to fill a senior role working alongside and supervising 3 other full time staff (milk harvesters).  So you must have proven leadership skills and be happy using them with good communication.  Tractor driving is ESSENTIAL and will include feeding out on a feed pad and topping. We are a farm that takes pride in high levels of farm presentation, a genuine love for our cows with great animal health/repro/SCC.  In shed technology (52 bail rotary)  includes Protrac, ACR's, In shed feeding, Cellsense monitors and Affi Collars and drafting.   You will need to be tech savvy and happy to utilise them.  The farm is 420ha milking 1000 cows, Spring calving.   A mix of flat, rolling  and some steeper terrain.    Good infrastructure and machinery.    Roster and remuneration to be discussed and is based on experience.  Roster is flexible to suit.  Please...
