We are a 120ha 300-cow autumn-calving farm, with calving commencing around 15 March each year, alongside which we rear approximately 300 Hereford-Friesian cross beef calves on a neighbouring run-off each season. We are looking for a capable 2IC who can take genuine responsibility for day-to-day farm operations, alongside a partner interested in a flexible role primarily covering calf rearing and relief milking.
