We are seeking someone to assist with milking twice a day (AM and PM) currently requiring someone to be available to milk every second weekend on Saturday and Sunday, and then after mating it will become every second Friday, Saturday and Sunday Position to start Saturday 10th October 2026 and be available every second weekend from this date. We are looking for an experienced farm assistant with a proven track record to join our team milking 440 cows through a 40 aside. We are a team of 4 who each play an important role in running an efficient system. A few things that make our operation simple to run includes the use of batt latches, auto drafting, auto plant wash, automatic cup removers and the Allflex collars system. Cups on at 5.30 in the morning and 3pm in the afternoons. Essentials only on the weekends.  Animal health and wellbeing is at the forefront of how we operate. We require a fully capable farm assistant who is prepared to hit the ground running and assist with all aspects of the day to day running of the farm including but not limited to: Animal health (prevention, identification & treatment) Setting up accurate break fences Loading up/feeding out on feed pad Effluent management Machinery operation & maintenance Weed control Fencing Running and maintaining the dairy plant...
