We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated farm assistant to join our team of 5 on an 1100 cow dairy farm located 10 minutes from Rakaia, 20 minutes from Rolleston which both provide excellent access to amenities and social/sports clubs and facilities. Ashburton, Methven and Christchurch are also within 40 minutes of the farm.  Key Responsibilities include: Milking cows efficiently in a 54-bail rotary with ACR's and auto teat spray. Animal health monitoring. Assisting with calving, calf rearing, and mating. Assisting with daily feed allocation. 2-Wheel motorbike operation.
