We milk 270 cows 10 minutes from Fielding and Palmerston North. Due to our relief milker moving onto full time employment.  we require a new one This role will require someone to milk along side one other to assist in all aspects of the milking shed. There is the opportunity to help out with the calf rearing from time to time as well. You would be required to milk every second weekend and also some milkings during the week but these can be flexible. 

Looking for a relief milker to cover weekends with increased hours over December and January. Must be eligible to work in NZ.

We are looking for a drive in relief /casual milker for our 200 cow seasonal supply dairy farm. Mostly weekend work but negotiable on days and milkings required. 20ASHB shed with in shed feeding. Covered feed pad and Halter on the cows. Experience required as this will be a sole charge role but willing to train the right person. Very competitive pay. Hi team We are a team focused family farm with opportunities to progress and grow, this is a high achieving, happy and healthy minded workplace We have 440 cows on farm producing over 600 milk solids per cow with great infrastructure. The farm is near Foxton (Manawatu) and has an excellent infrastructure: 36 aside herring bone with a smooth flowing automatic teat spraying cow shed. In shed feeding is used in conjunction with grass/maize silage and PKE in the paddock as required, running on a system 5 basis.
