Dairy Farm Worker We are looking for a reliable and motivated dairy farm worker to join our team on a dairy farm near Hinds, Canterbury . This is a hands-on role working with cows and general farm duties. Previous dairy farming experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider someone who is keen to learn and has a good work ethic. We are currently looking for some to join our Team of 3 for the upcoming calving season. Position will mainly be in shed milkings with some outside work available. We require a relief milker for 3 mornings a week. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays mornings for our 620 Dairy cow farm. 10kms from Washdyke and Temuka. Milking through a 40 aside Herringbone shed.  Must have previous milkng experience. Drive in position so must have own vehicle and a clean licence. This is a fixed term contract to cover for the milking season.  There is no accommodation with this role.

Do you like cows but not like the early mornings ? or you have kids to get off too school.? Afternoon Milk harvester close to Temuka and Geraldine. Work with three other no nonsense, cheerful and  hard working mums. Lovely clean and efficient shed , deisel heater at cups on to keep warm. Some mornings are available if wanted, you tell me your roster and we see if we can make it work .
