We are seeking an experienced and motivated Herd Manager to join our dairy farming operation on the West Coast of New Zealand. This is a full-time, permanent position on a 1,200-cow dairy farm. The successful applicant will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the farm, working closely with the farm owners and staff to achieve production, animal welfare, and environmental goals. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily milking operations. Monitor and maintain herd health, animal welfare, and milk quality standards.
