We are seeking a passionate self motivated person to join our team. We milk 700 cows through a 54 Bale Rotary Shed with ACRS and Pro Track, located 10mins drive from Ashburton. The successful applicant will have good stock knowledge and experience in dairy farming an advantage. An opportunity has become available on our 500 cow dairy farm to join us as our Senior Herd Manager. This role involves looking after our 500 cows both in the milking shed and in the paddock. We are Spring calving and milk through a 54 bale rotary with ACRs. We are seeking someone to fill a Herd Manager position on our 1200-cow farm 20 minutes inland from Ashburton. We currently milk 1200 cows through a modern 80 bale rotary off 345 ha, the farm has excellent irrigation, infrastructure, and machinery.
