Herd Manager – Dairy Farm (800 Cows) We are seeking a Herd Manager  to join our team on a 800-cow dairy farm, milking through a 60-bale rotary shed. Farm Details: 800 cows 225 hectares of rolling to steep terrain Modern 60-bale rotary shed Roster: 8 days on / 2 days off Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily dairy farm operations Milking management Animal health and welfare Feeding and pasture management General farm maintenance Ensuring compliance with farm policies and industry standards Requirements: Minimum 18 months dairy farming experience Proven ability to manage day-to-day farm operations Experience operating tractors with implements Full driver’s licence No prior criminal convictions No dogs on farm Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug testing Preferred Non-smoker (no smoking or vaping permitted on farm) Preferred you live on farm What We Offer:...
