Herd Manager – Dairy Farm Position Overview The Herd Manager supports the Farm Manager and 2IC in the day-to-day operation of the farm, with a strong focus on animal health, milking performance, pasture management, and team coordination. This role is ideal for someone progressing from a Farm Assistant position who is ready to take on greater responsibility, contribute to decision-making, and oversee herd performance.
