We require an honest reliable Herd Manager to join our team in Southland. 2 years experience  or a qualification Level 4 or above relevant to agriculture required . Understands and takes responsibility for daily tasks such as running of the dairy, effluent management and feeding. Completes tasks with minimal supervision and can supervise and train other staff. Looks for opportunities to work more effectively and efficiently to improve the business.    Duties include but not limited to Milking: Manages an efficient and hygienic milking routine Animals: Manages safe handling of animals, records, reports and treat, any health issue   Feed: Controls weeds.
