We are seeking an experienced, motivated, honest, and reliable Herd Manager to join our dairy farming operation. This position involves a high level of responsibility in the day-to-day management of a 47 0-cow herd across a 16 0-hectare property , milking through a 40 -aside herringbone shed . The successful candidate will work closely with the sharemilker and the other experienced team member, take a proactive role in decision-making, planning, and implementation of on-farm operations.
