This is a full-time position with a start time during October. The duration is currently unknown, it could be a temporary role during the development stage but could be permanent after its complete for the right candidate. Accommodation is included. Please note:  This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have previous farm hand and machinery operation experience and be confident working independently. We run a 1000 cow dairy farm located in Duntroon (30mins inland of Oamaru) however this job is for the adjourning block that we are are developing from October onwards. No milking is required for this role. Duties include: Tractor work, irrigation fittings, post driving, removing fences, new fencing and some general cattle work. Plenty of variety!
