We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to join our dairy farm near Te Aroha . This is suited to someone with a minimum of two full seasons of New Zealand dairy management experience who takes pride in producing quality results, enjoys working with livestock, and values a well-run farm. Reporting directly to the farm owners, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the farm, working with staff to achieve production, animal health, environmental, and farm goals. Key Responsibilities : Milking and dairy shed management Animal husbandry and maintaining high standards of animal welfare Animal health monitoring, treatment, and record keeping Pasture and feed management Mating, calving, and calf rearing.
