We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with strong initiative who can work well independently and can manage wintering team. This run-off property provides vital dairy support for two dairy farms. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property while maintaining clear communication with the farm owner, and two tractor drivers, at times. What we are looking for: Previous dairy farming or run-off or dairy support experience would be an advantage.
