We are looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on 2IC or Farm Manager to join our dairy goat operation milking approximately 850 goats through an 80-bale rotary shed . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with animals, machinery and people, and who takes pride in keeping a farm running efficiently and to a high standard. The Role Working alongside the Herd Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the farm , including: Milking and overseeing the milking operation Feeding and caring for the goat herd Animal health and welfare Effluent management Machinery operation and maintenance General farm and property maintenance Keeping the farm, sheds and work areas clean, tidy and well organised Supporting the Herd Manager with the wider day-to-day management of the farm Working as part of a team and helping ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely About You We...
