Manage a character farm with 500 cows, milked thru a 40 bale heringbone. Total team size is 3. Farm has good level of infrastructure. in a beautiful location. Suitable applicant will have abilty to lead a team, problem solve and get the job done. Must hold a valid drivers license and pass drug testing.

We an opportunity for next season for an experienced farm manager. The farm milks 1250 cows located 10 minutes from Geraldine About the farm: 1250 jersey cows 54 bail rotary, in shed feeding and automatic cup removers Irrigation through pivots and guns Accommodation supplied on farm is either a 3 bedroom home or a 4 bedroom home. The attributes ideally required for this position: • 4 years dairy farming experience in NZ • Be competent in the cowshed • Be able to identify and treat animal health issues • Competent using a tractor and riding motorbikes • Have top pasture allocation experience.
